Here is a bit of my story beyond the spreadsheets.

INSEAD. I'm currently at INSEAD, surrounded by 70+ nationalities and very little agreement. It has been the best training I've had in building consensus and even better for future travel plans. I'm fairly certain I now have a couch in almost every time zone.

Tennis. I've been playing since I was eight. My asthma and I have had many debates about that decision over the years, but somehow, we’re still at it two decades later.

Books. When I’m not working, my nose is permanently buried in my Kindle. I’ve come to believe that while the settings of our dilemmas change across cultures and generations, the fundamental questions rarely do.
