After the initial investment, the real work of scaling begins. My mandate was to support portfolio companies through their next rounds of capital — working across the full fundraising lifecycle from shaping the pitch to getting deals across the line. I also supported the Partners on portfolio exits and secondary transactions.

My Role and Execution

  • Pitch and narrative support. Worked directly with founders to sharpen their pitches and investor decks, build answers to key investor questions, and and building financial models. Supported successful raises including those of Nanonets and Skydo.

  • Investor pipeline. Maintained and expanded relationships with ~200 global funds across Americas, Europe, Middle East, and SEA - bringing ~30% new-to-India funds into the network and enabling follow-on funding across 10+ deals.

  • Exits and secondary transactions. Co-led portfolio exit strategies and investor negotiations alongside Partners including price discovery and stake sales in NSE and Swiggy, and coverage of key companies including Urban Company, Acko, and Meesho.
