Co-Founder, INSEAD AI Club

Most AI use cases at INSEAD stopped at ChatGPT. I co-founded a 60+ member club to push past that - organizing workshops where members built and shipped real tools they now use.

Rebuilding Elevation Connect

One of India's largest VC-founder conference was running on spreadsheets and a 10-person team. I led the project to rebuilt it end-to-end into an automated platform - 600+ curated meetings, double the attendance, managed by one person.

Working with Founders on Operational Problems

Partnered with founders and investment team across a range of operational problem statements - from expansion and margin improvement to M&A decisions.

Follow-On Fundraising and Exits

Worked across the full fundraising lifecycle for portfolio companies - from shaping pitches to getting deals across the line. Built fluency in what both sides of the table need to say yes.

Venture Investing

Built Elevation's EV thesis from scratch - mapping $2B of India-focused funding across 9 sub-sectors, sourcing and evaluating companies, and presenting the final view to GPs.
